Valnova
Valnova Subdivision, originally known as Spring Valley Subdivision, will be a 6,005-acre comprehensive community located just north of downtown Eagle with up to 7,153 homes and 245 acres of commercial, office, and mixed uses. The entire community will be developed by Clyde Companies and GWC Capital. The community will also feature four elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school, as well as a library, police and fire stations, and other public facilities.
