Biltmore begins with PEOPLE. Certainly, we value each homeowner that lives in a Biltmore home, but we are also referring to the valuable people that engineer our subdivisions, pave the streets for our kids to play on, pour sturdy foundations, supply the lumber, pound the nails, install our doors and market our communities. It’s hundreds of important people who make Biltmore Co. who we are. We believe in them and their strengths and we know they believe in us.


Owners, Kevin & Liz Amar

Kevin Amar

Kevin is an Idaho native, born in Salmon, and raised in the Boise area. Being the son of a potato farmer, he knows the delicate balance between growth and Idaho’s natural resources. He has spent the last 18 years in home construction, land development and land management, including mixed use communities. Kevin has developed over 5,000 lots in the Treasure Valley. Some of Kevin’s major developments include Union Square, Silverleaf, Three Oaks, Peppertree, Cedar Creek, Castlebrook, and Monet Meadows. Kevin is dedicated to quality and seeks a 100% satisfaction rating with home owners or investors in every project he conducts.


Greg Wilstead

Project Manager
Before coming to the Treasure Valley, Greg worked with a large building and development company in Arizona and selling residential homes. Greg relocated to Idaho and has been building residential and light commercial for the past 10 years. His focus and energy goes into the accurate financial planning and execution of all of Biltmore’s projects.

Micah Gosney

Construction Manager
Micah has been in the Boise valley now for 10 years building hundreds of fine custom homes. He has managed and built many projects in the construction industry from residential homes to light commercial developments. Micah is also a professional artist and worked for acclaimed 20th Century Fox in Phoenix, Arizona as an award winning animator. His artistic skills are an asset to Biltmore Co. in his design abilities, a master faux painter and in creating custom renderings for our projects.

Nathan Nauahi

Residential Superintendent  
 With a background in home remodeling, Nathan finds the building industry exciting from day to day.At the end of the day, Nathans biggest goal is to see that the homeowner is 100% happy with their Biltmore Home. “I find my job exciting because I get to work with so many different people and learn new things every day. Being able to bring different subcontractors and their teams together to complete a difficult task and do it successfully can be challenging, but very exciting!”Nathan loves restoring classic cars with his two boys and spending time with family.

Jon Burns

Pat Palmer

Commercial Superintendent 
Pat is a Boise native who has spent his entire career in the construction industry. After starting in large machinery excavation; he was able to move to concrete work, framing, painting, roofing and finish work.Learning the importance of each trade and the impact they all have on good construction ideals. From starter homes to million dollar plus custom homes, Pat has built it all. He has now been with Biltmore Co. from the beginning, managing all of Biltmore’s multifamily and commercial building projects. Pat claims the success of Biltmore is “Do to the fact that it is a team effort with no weak links. Everyone does their job and does it well.

Andy Cabianca

Project Manager
Andy’s passion for construction began while traveling throughout California building some of the state’s largest bridges. From there, his devotion to quality craftsmanship led him to a career building high-end custom homes. He relocated back to Boise after originally falling in love with the Treasure Valley as part of the BSU football team. GO BRONCO’S!! Andy’s large-scale build experience and attention to detail make him a great fit as part of the commercial construction team here at Biltmore. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, restoring his old Jeep, and looking for his ball on the golf course.

Bill Buch

On-Site Construction Manager
Bill began in the construction industry over 20 years ago. He started out in residential construction and eventually moved over to commercial working for a design build firm before coming to the Treasure Valley. He worked his way up from a field superintendant to Director of Construction overseeing several multi-million dollar projects from conception to handing the client the keys. Bill is looking forward to working in the field with Biltmore as his passion is “watching buildings go up and being part of the process.” On his off time he is looking forward to exploring with his family all the valley has to offer.

Cody Fogg

Assistant Commercial Superintendent
 Cody loves working with good people and seeing a project completed successfully in a timely manner, knowing that he played an integrate part in the building process. What he loves most about working for Biltmore is that he’s always on the move; building a new commercial or multifamily apartment complex in a different part of the Treasure Valley every couple of months. He prides himself on knowing that he has everything ready to move forward for the next day’s work and loves coordinating the different subcontractors and making sure that every aspect of the project runs smoothly. Cody loves water and snow skiing, camping, being in the mountains and most importantly being with his family!

Dana Jensen

Drafting & Design
Dana, an Idaho native, has studied Architecture at Pasadena City College and Boise State University. He was a draftsman at the Boise architectural firm Williams and Associates and designed for several builders around the valley as an independent draftsman/designer. His extensive design experience and years of education has lead him to design hundreds of single family and multi-family communities. Dana is a valuable member of Biltmore Co., specializing in meeting the clients’ needs that allows us to put the personal Biltmore touch on every home and caters to their individual preferences. His extensive design experience and years of education has lead him to design hundreds of single family residences and multi-family communities with functionality and smart design.

Angie Barnes

Angie is a Boise native, born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She has spent the past 20+ years building a colorful resume knowledgeable in Accounting, Marketing, Executive Support and Human Resources. Working for Biltmore Co. she gets to fulfill all of these opportunities. What she loves most about her job is watching the build process from start to finish, both visually and in numbers.  She truly believes that at the end of the day every dollar counts; both for Biltmore Co. and the Homeowner. Watching our team successfully meet the budget and allowing people to afford a beautiful dream home is so rewarding to her. She brings to the table her amazing smile, laughter and spunk. Angie loves going to concerts and traveling with her husband, spending time with her two amazing kids, and her doggies.

Jeremy Amar

Development Manager
Jeremy has 11 years of experience in multi-family construction in California, Nevada and Idaho, including being a project manager for a 76 million dollar luxury condominium project in Las Vegas; as well as the remodel and conversion of 900 apartment units into condominiums. He also loved his time as the Project Controls Manager as a consultant for the Utah Department of Transportation on their 170 million dollar highway reconstruction project at Timpanogos Highway.  Jeremy is now responsible at Biltmore Co. for all of the coordination of construction plans and project approvals through Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and Ada County planning and building departments. Jeremy loves riding his motorcycle when time allows but most of he loves spending time with his family.

Sandee Johnson

Accounts Payable& Warranty Specialist 
Sandee is an Idaho native, born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She grew up working in her family’s furniture store helping customers with all of their buying needs. She loves working for Biltmore Co. and loves all of the people she gets to meet. Her number one goal acting as the team leader for subcontractor support, is to see that our homeowners have a positive, smooth buying experience from start to finish. Sandee loves the customer service aspect of helping our homeowners with warranty issues and problem solving with our subcontractors.Sandee is dedicated to her two children and also loves to spend time with her two nieces.As a family they love to go to music festivals, movies and spending time in the outdoors.

Elizabeth Amar

Interior Designer
Designing spaces for how we live is the key to having a home that you love! And designing around the heart of every home-the kitchen and family room, is such a joy to create. Liz loves to incorporate modern clean elements into spaces that are Rustic, Farmhouse, Tuscan, Spanish/Mediterranean and even traditional in design. Liz studied Pre-Architecture at Boise State University and Interior Design at Utah State University where she found her passion in designing functional floor plans and flourishing spaces.

Angie Lewis

Interior Designer
Angie’s 12 years’ experience in interior design has made her one of the Treasure Valley’s most sought-after interior designers. Angie is an acknowledged expert in combining texture, color and light to transform house plans into awe-inspiring homes. At the heart of Angie’s designs: family. Having grown up in a large Boise-area family, and raising five children herself, Angie has an innate sense of how a home’s interior can help families grow closer and display an attractiveness which inspires guests. Angie started her career in apparel manufacturing, where she learned the interweaving elements of business and design. She then brought her abilities to the custom homes manufacturing industry, and is ready to instill excellence and beauty into every element of your home, from start to finish.

Lisa Clayton

Transaction Coordinator
Lisa brings over 20 years of dedicated customer service and team management experience to the Biltmore Company. Her strong business acumen comes from years of retail management, owning her own bakery and from excelling in her variety of roles within the real estate field. Lisa has been in real estate for 5 years and has extensive experience in a variety of roles ranging from Transaction Coordinator to Team Manager and Executive Assistant. Lisa thrives in working both behind the scenes and in face to face interactions with customers as she assists them in making the entire Biltmore experience a treasured memory. In her spare time Lisa loves spending time with her family, reading great books, enjoying healthy lifestyles and baking delicious goodies for family and friends, If you like a good cheesecake, Lisa is the one to talk to!
